Charles Matthews Jr. is a media host, entrepreneur, event producer, community mentor, and the founder and CEO of CMJ Entertainment Inc. For more than 25 years, he has used broadcasting, live events, and community service to connect people with information, opportunities, and stories that inspire personal and professional growth.
