Moses Delaney
Moses Delaney is an educator, workforce-development leader, U.S. Air Force veteran, and the founder of **First Job Prep**, an Atlanta-based training organization operated through Your EDU Career, LLC. First Job Prep helps teenagers and young adults develop the confidence, communication skills, and workplace knowledge necessary to secure employment and succeed in today’s professional environment. The organization began in 2020 after Moses helped one of his daughters prepare for and secure her first job. He developed scripts, practiced real-world workplace conversations with her, and used role-playing exercises to prepare her for the application and interview process. After seeing the effectiveness of that approach, Moses transformed it into a structured training program that could help other young people successfully navigate their first employment experience. Through First Job Prep, Moses provides courses covering first-job readiness, professional communication, customer service, workplace soft skills, management, and leadership. The organization’s work goes beyond helping young people get hired—it prepares them to understand workplace expectations, represent themselves professionally, accept responsibility, and build habits that can support their long-term career development. Moses brings more than two decades of experience in education and institutional leadership to this mission. Throughout his career, he has served in positions including instructor, program chair, academic dean, director of admissions, campus president, and vice president of operations. His work reflects a deep commitment to making career knowledge practical, accessible, and actionable for the next generation.
